Recently I've developed a fascination with the tread links. Maybe it's
because I never had any of them while growing up. Below is a rendering
that details how the links mesh with the gears. I have also listed the
equations to determine the part rotation in in the DAT files.

The equations to determine the number of links and
the rotation of each link are quite simple.
