August 21, 2000 Here's a picture of the Ranger shortly after I purchased it. The aluminum cap was one of the first things I removed. The front license plate frame was also removed since this picture was taken.
January 5, 2002 - K-Car Retrieval We spent a Saturday retrieving the broken-down, shot-up, and torched K-Car from an old strip mine area near Phillipsburg, PA. The actual stories of the K-Car could fill a book themselves. On the other hand....maybe just a really full web page. You can see my Ranger in the background. December 20, 2002 - 100,000 Miles The Ranger's Odometer rolled over to 100,000 miles, and I just had to get a picture of this milestone.
February 17, 2003 - Heavy Snowfall 18 inches of snow fell in two days. This is how much snow I had to shovel off of the truck.
February 21, 2003 - Road Trip to Chicago, IL Yes, the little Ranger traveled 575 miles to Chicago, IL to visit Dan & Missy. The CB radio came in very handy avoiding speeding tickets. As luck would have it, the Chicago Auto Show was taking place this same weekend. Visit that gallery to see those pictures.
